Pending counsel review. These terms describe the public informational website during prelaunch. They are a transparent operating draft, not legal advice and not the final terms for a generally available product. A private pilot requires a separate written agreement before access.

Informational website only

This website describes a proposed Business Ops Toolkit private pilot and lets you contact us by email. It does not create an app account, sell a subscription, process a payment, grant access to software, or promise a production result.

No public product offer

References to a pilot, workflow, safeguard, or planned feature are invitations to discuss a limited evaluation. Availability, scope, timing, fees, support, data handling, and permitted integrations must be agreed separately in writing. We may decline or pause a pilot request.

Private-pilot boundary

A pilot is intended to test one bounded GoHighLevel follow-up workflow in one authorized location. Unless a signed pilot agreement says otherwise, it does not include bulk outreach, autonomous sending, the full agent or workflow catalog, HubSpot, Apple distribution, public self-service access, or a service-level commitment.

Your responsibilities

Provide only information and access you are authorized to provide.
Do not email credentials, payment-card details, or sensitive customer records.
Do not use this site or a pilot for spam, unlawful outreach, deception, harassment, infringement, or attempts to bypass safeguards.
Independently review proposed messages and business decisions. AI-generated drafts can be incomplete or wrong.

Website content

We aim to keep the public prelaunch information accurate, but it may change as testing progresses. Content is provided for evaluation and discussion and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

Email links and external references may open third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. The public website does not itself establish a GoHighLevel or AI-provider connection. Any pilot connection must be separately authorized and governed.

Intellectual property

The website design, product name, and original materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the site for legitimate evaluation but may not misrepresent affiliation, remove notices, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We may correct, change, suspend, or withdraw this prelaunch site or pilot invitation. These draft terms must be reviewed and replaced as appropriate before any generally available or paid launch.
