Prelaunch Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 9, 2026

Pending counsel review. This notice describes the current public prelaunch website. It is not legal advice and it does not govern a future generally available application. Private-pilot participants receive separate written terms and a data-handling notice before access.

What this public site does

This site explains the Business Ops Toolkit private pilot and provides email links for people who want to ask a question or apply. It does not offer public app accounts, accept payment, request CRM or AI-provider credentials, or submit a server-side waitlist form.

Information you choose to send

If you use an email link, your email address and anything you include in the message are handled by your email provider and ours. We use that information to answer you, review pilot fit, and keep a record of the conversation. Do not email passwords, API keys, private integration tokens, payment-card data, or sensitive customer records.

Basic hosting data

Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security logs. We do not currently use this public page for advertising profiles or sell personal information collected through it.

Cookies and browser storage

The public prelaunch page does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Its cleanup script may remove a service worker and caches left by an older version of this domain. See the Cookie Notice for the current boundary.

Private pilot

The pilot may involve a separately authorized GoHighLevel workspace and a narrowly scoped follow-up proof. We will document the participating business, workspace, permitted data, authorized action, retention, support owner, and stop conditions before a pilot begins. The public website itself does not connect to that workspace.

Retention and choices

We keep prelaunch correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the pilot, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete information you sent, subject to obligations that may require retention. We will verify requests before acting.

Future changes

If public accounts, payments, analytics, or additional integrations are introduced, this notice must be replaced or updated before those features are offered. A changed feature is not covered merely because it exists in code.
